Frame eBike Batteries - Frame batteries are mounting close to the center of gravity on eBike to ensure better stability. Rack eBike Batteries - Rack batteries are designed for wheels with a low entry point. Rack batteries with optimum range, the maximum energy content can be over 1000Wh, the perfect choice for touring bikers and commuters. Many types of rack batteries are featured with 5V 1A USB port for charging portable devices and a taillight to ensure safety when riding at night.
Integrated Tube Battery - Tube batteries are integrated into the bike frame, many types of tube batteries can be installed invisibly. Minimalist design opens up new possibilities for integration into the frame for bike manufacturers. The battery is concealed and optimally protected by the frame. In addition, a lock prevents the battery from falling out.
Mid-drive Motors - Powerful, quiet and perfectly integrated into the bike frame, these are the features of the mid-drive motors. Due to the compact design, the mid-drive motors can be installed inconspicuously on many types of eBikes. The key characteristic is their extremely harmonious operating.
Hub Motors - The KinStar hub motors are remarkable for its high efficiency. These motors are powerful and assist riders even on longer tours with up to 45Nm of torque at 250W yet they remain highly economical in battery consumption. The power of rear motors ranging from 250W up to 1000W, and they are compatible with both disc and V brake.
Cassette & Fatbike Motors - The cassette & fatbike motors are perfect design for fat tire bikes, they are powerful and high torque. High torque max 85N.M, easy to cycle through snow, beach and rough road. Max speed up to 350rpm. The dropout is available for 170mm or 190mm fork.
Imitation Torque Controllers - The KinStar imitation torque controllers are mainly in rectangular aluminum case, and available to the 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V eBike systems. They can be customized for 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, 36 Mosfets with different sizes. They are available for square wave or sine wave with waterproof or nonwaterproof connectors. They works well with other components from KinStar.
Dual motor drive Controller - Use imitate torque control mode to help achieve a smooth start-up of the vehicle, the power-assist drive will be smooth and natural. With multiple protection features such as stalled, over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage, speed, lack of phase and so on to protect the safety of vehicle electronic control systems and traffic.
Built-in Controller - KinStar is available to design custom controllers for specific needs, we already have custom bulit-in controllers for some popular ebike batteries. Such as the Hailong, Polly DP, water bottle cases and so on... The common 250-500W eBikes are with 6 mosfet or 9 mosfet built-in controller.
Smart Backlight LCD Display - Intelligent identification of lithium battery voltage - 24V, 36V, 48V. Real-time display the power, riding speed and motor power. Instrument with backlight, it is available to show single mileage and accumulated mileage, with brake display function and temperature display function.
Intelligent LCD Display - The LCD displays are intelligent to show the riding speed, a single mileage and cumulative mileage, the riding time, power-assist gear, motor power and temperature, battery voltage and charge status, brake status and the used ambient temperature and other cycling parameters.
